You will serve as a Resources Specialist in the Research and Development Group, Weapons and Warfare Systems Test Dept., of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will ensure purchasing cards issued are properly utilized for official Government business.
You will complete monthly reviews of cardholder bank statements and purchase card logs in comparison to the purchase orders.
You will conduct continuous process analysis of data gathered and prepare routine and/or special-needs reports.
You will research data to report on such items as use of office space, office equipment requirements/usage, and prepares required administrative documents, such as requisitions and work requests.
You will plan, administer, and evaluate programs designed to train and develop employees.
You will research, analyze, and provide recommendations on workforce development and hiring program effectiveness to Department Leadership.
You will actas Department Awards Coordinator to support employee recognition activities.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least 3 years of general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the DA-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing coordination and analysis on Data Calls, analytical reports, and status/requirement reports to leadership using Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) software programs; 2) Planning and coordinating a variety of service functions including training coordination; 3) Demonstrating knowledge of Department of Defense, internal and external Awards nominations, submissions, and routing process and procedures; 4) Working with customers towards a common goal using effective oral and written communication.
