About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command 128th Aviation Brigade 2-210th AVN Regiment, Battalion S4 Fort Eustis VA. Fort Eustis is located in Newport News, VA., between historic Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. The Hampton Roads/Tidewater area has all the conveniences of a big city with charm of small town and rural areas.
Duties
Receives, inspects, inventories, loads, unloads, segregates, stores, issues, delivers and turns-in organization and installation supplies and equipment.
Directs supply personnel in establishing supply and inventory control management function.
Analyzes statistical data and reports to ascertain trends, conformance to standard and directives and efficiency of operations.
Coordinates supply activities for subordinate units.

- This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5-minute sample with 3 or fewer errors.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) managing hand-receipts; 2) serve as the government purchase card holder; 3) maintaining automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment for multiple tool rooms; AND 4) reviewing and/or annotate changes to unit material condition status report. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Typing Proficiency Test: This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5 minute sample with 3 or fewer errors.
