About the Position: This Interdisciplinary Engineer and Computer Scientist position is assigned to the Program Executive Office, Command Control Communications-Tactical Network (PEO C3T), Techincal Management Division, located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Duties

Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and following Configuration Management Plan (CMP) for the Program Executive Office (PEO) and/or Project Manager (PM) program of record. Establishes, documents, and follows procedure(s) to control changes to portfolio-level baseline products and customer requirements to deliver baseline products. Ensures that baseline software configurations and documentation is submitted and tracked in the CM repositories. Responsible for tracking software media and documentation; establishing, documenting, and maintaining the status of configuration items/units. Leads the integration of PEO or PM portfolio-level CM data into a common set of tools with direct coordination across the organization. Coordinates / facilitates Engineering Review Board (ERB)/Configuration Control Board (CCB), and other CM related meetings by providing agendas, capturing action items, and recording meeting minutes. Participate in, provide status reports, and maintain records of ERB/CCB meetings.

I have successfully completed at least 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences that included the courses specified in A above. I have successfully completed a curriculum leading to a bachelor's degree in an appropriate scientific field, e.g., engineering technology, physics, chemistry, architecture, computer science, mathematics, hydrology, or geology, and have at least 1 year of professional engineering experience acquired under professional engineering supervision and guidance. Ordinarily there should be either an established plan of intensive training to develop professional engineering competence, or several years of prior professional engineering-type experience, e.g., in interdisciplinary positions.
