This position is part of the 147th Attack Wing, and is located at Ellington Field JRB, Houston, Texas. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a technical advisor to local base information technology (IT) and communications users in the area of policy and plans as related to IT and communications systems. This involves planning, development, management, and enforcement of approved ANG and local information technology (IT) and communications architecture.

OR, Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or, 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. Education: All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. Quality of Experience: Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Education

At the GS-11 level, Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree,
