You will serve as an Administrative Support Specialist for the Office of the General Counsel
(OGC) Acquisition Integrity Office (AIO), Department of Navy.
Duties
You will plan and manage office administrative operations and activities.
You will review administrative operations for effectiveness, quality, performance, and progress in meeting program
objections.
You will utilize oral and written communication, including maintaining effective liaison, interpersonal and inter-organizational relationships to serve the welfare of the organization.
You will review all correspondence and prepares necessary replies.
You will maintain a variety of correspondence and other documents (e.g., senior staff and front office meeting notes, Suspending and
Debarring Official (SDO) and Attorney correspondence, formal reports, etc.).
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Planning and managing office administrative operations and activities; Gathering factual information to support the review investigators or other official's work; responding to external and internal to the organization inquiries; reviewing and organizing proposed legislation, regulations or directives to ensure completeness of database.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
