This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration. Serves as Grant Administration Specialist on the staff of the National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC). The NHPRC is responsible for the administration, oversight, and management of grants that aim to support and foster activities to ensure online public discovery, access, and use of historical records collections across the U.S.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Provide technical and program management support for a suite of grant programs. AND Prepare and track grants/assistance awards to determine compliance with reporting requirements. AND Monitor, perform, or manage tasks and workflows associated with grant management and administration, using electronic grants management systems or similar software platforms.
