About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
Duties
Advises supervisor on specific findings and appropriate courses of action.
The incumbent develops and maintains contingency and crisis action plans to support the full range of cyberspace operations.
Participate in planning working groups in sharing views and opinions on Cyber topics of mutual concern.
Employs the Army Operations Process, the Joint Operations and Execution System, and the Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations system to develop cyber OPLANs and OPORDs supporting Joint Warfighter cyberspace operations requirements.
Conducts operational and tactical level planning in support of operations.
Develops and maintains contingency and crisis action plans.
This is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Appointment to this position does not confer competitive status.

Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Must undergo and successfully complete an initial and periodic Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
- Must pass an initial and periodic urinalysis screening for illegal drug use.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain access to NSA and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accredited facilities and networks. [Military External Affairs Division (MEAD) Security In-Processing (SIP) process.]
- Temporary duty travel, CONUS and OCONUS, will be required up to 20% of the time.
- All ARCYBER employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployment during crisis situations to perform mission essential function as determined by management.
- Under crisis operations, may be subject to short notice expanded hours and possible recall-to-duty situations and irregular work hours, including weekends and holidays. Overtime/shift work will be required.

Develops and maintains contingency and crisis action plans to support the full range of cyberspace operations. 2. Supports Combatant Command (CCMD) Warfighters and integrates and synchronizes cyberspace operations effects with the Joint Warfighter's plan of action. (such as development of Operations Orders (OPORDs), Operations Plans (OPLANs), Warning Orders (WARNOs), and/or Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs)). 3. Collaborates with cyber operators to identify and levy requirements for information, collection, analysis, and effects.
