About the Position: Serves as a senior specialist with responsibility for performing legal research and drafting memoranda for the three attorneys in the division. This position is located at the Army Review Board Agency, located in Arlington, Virginia.

Duties

Reviews incoming officer separation cases for statutory and regulatory compliance and sufficiency of evidence. Provides information on matters involving officer separation and grade determination actions within the agency. Conducts research on military administrative and personnel law issues. Reviews correspondence for compliance with agency correspondence directives. Creates and maintains an electronic database of agency actions. Prepares a detailed factual summary annotated by the board members.
