As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis on a variety of subject matter to top regional management, and for initiating and/or leading projects involving the evaluation of regional programs/operations.Location of position: White House Service Center, National Capital Region (NCR), Public Building Services (PBS), General Services Administration (GSA).We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Duties

Analyze a variety of subject matters initiating and/or leading projects involving the evaluation of regional programs/operations. Serve as technical advisor for assigned program activities, obtaining appropriate resources to facilitate accomplishment of objectives. Plan and/or direct complex projects requiring evaluation and identification of a variety of operational problems, evaluating alternative solutions and recommending appropriate action. Design and undertake comprehensive management studies, initiatives, or data-gathering efforts, where the boundaries of the studies are extremely broad and difficult to determine in advance. Prepare and/or conduct briefings for higher level management to explain the specific analysis of subject matter, as well as to provide recommendations or action plans and provide guidance and/or direction for implementation.
