You will serve as an EXERCISE COORDINATOR (OIE) in the TRAINING DIRECTORATE of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.
Duties
You will assist in the development, implementation, and assessment of OIE (Operations in the Information Environment) support and injects into the exercise in support to Service Level Training Exercises.
You will function as the OIE/Electronic Warfare (EW) plans subject matter expert for the Service Level Training Program; providing expertise on current capabilities, emerging technology challenges and on-going development activities.
You will be responsible for determining and coordinating SLT exercise OIE requirements while service as the Action Agent on all SLT exercises that include government personnel and/or contractor personnel.
You will provide expertise on current capabilities, emerging technology challenges and on-going development activities.
You will review directive material prepared by various agencies that affect organizational matters impacting OIE and conformance with overall policies.
You will directly support the development and implantation of an effective, reliable, flexible, long-range MAGTFTC training strategy that is systematically and periodically updated.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: organizing and managing exercises; coordinating Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and exercise planning; and reviewing directive material that affect organizational matters impacting OIE and conformance with overall policies.
