About the Position: This position is located within the Puget Sound Market, Tacoma, Washington. The Incumbent will exercise judgment with responsibility for gathering information, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems related to the effective/efficient provision of health care.

Duties

The incumbent will provide general administrative support in a health care delivery system principles and practices related to management of a health care delivery system. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard policies and procedures to Busyness Operations/Patient Care Systems/Information Technology/Quality and Risk Management and Human Resources. Participate in group studies to Implement strategies and maximize practice capacity for enrollment and workload in support of the organization performance plan. Assist in the development and implementation of effective patient care systems to achieve practice compliance with establish policies, manuals and Operations Orders for the practice. Assist in the development of an effective personnel management program that includes orientation, skill competency assessment , cross-training, and professional license certification.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Hospital Administration, Public Health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
