You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT) in the ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICE of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will assess and work to develop organizational health, strategy and management practices. You will work closely with managers and executives to plan and implement change projects and strategies, which help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the organization. You will work to redesign management processes to improve organizational health and employee satisfaction. You will provide an objective analysis of current state and recommend interventions for change that will result in organizational growth.

Requirements

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

DA-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge and expertise in management principles, organizational development techniques, team development, change management, workforce development, and management growth and learning; 2) Applying pertinent rules, regulations, policies and precedents affecting Leadership and Executive Development Programs; 3) Facilitating design of new organizational structures; 4) Assessing root causes and performance gaps; and 5) Coaching and consulting in management practices and applied behavioral sciences related to the field of organization development. DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
