Duties
Process administrative actions using automated systems.
Maintain organizational records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Review correspondence for submission to higher echelons.
Preserve stock levels of organizational equipment
Monitor employee training programs
Enforce policies established by higher Headquarters.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Successful completion of Unit Pay Administrator Course within 18 months of appointment.
- Successful completion of Unit Administrator Basic Course within 18 months of appointment.
- This position requires membership in the US Army Reserve (USAR)

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Monitoring programs for the organization which including pay, personnel, medical readiness, training, or logistics; 2) Process administrative actions using automated systems; and 3) Coordinates various types of meetings and training events. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
