About the Position: This position is with DoD Education Activity (DoDEA) HQ, Office of The Director Strategic and Organizational Excellence System Innovtion Branch.

Duties

Creates and maintains virtual libraries, data repositories, taxonomies, knowledge maps, shared drives, SOPs, training plans, and other materials. Supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and sustainment of a DoDEA-wide program to identify, capture, vet, and disseminate research-based practices to improve the effectiveness of the organization and support achievement of DoDEA’s mission. Communicates with stakeholders to examine current practices and processes through multiple methods, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, video capture, and others. Executes actions that result in oral and written communication products which are sound (using appropriate format, tone, and detail, with proper grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, that are completed by established due date). Identifies and supports Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), coaches, and mentors with building and supporting knowledge teams.

Requirements

• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
