Incumbent serves as a management and program analyst for the FAA and manages and coordinates General Training, Technical Training, Safety Training, eLMS Administration and other training activities. Regarding development of new products/services and provides first level support to the training community in various programs as assigned. Provides wide range of administrative and analytical duties of projects and studies to improve the overall work operations of the organization assigned.
Duties
Applies knowledge of administrative services to support training across the ATO. Responsible for managing training related programs, resolving issues and problems, monitoring all aspects of their programs for quality, effectiveness, and consistency. Develops procedures, systems, and methods on assigned training programs in one or more of the following areas - organizational planning and development staffing utilization, productivity, work improvement and work methods, work measurement and staffing standards development, delegation of authority, goals and objectives, business management, financial tracking and/or information management.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
Qualifications
To qualify for this position at the FG-12 (FV-H) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of Specialized Experience equivalent to the FG/GS-11 or FV-G level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is:Collect, analyze and organize data.Intermediate MS Office experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Conduct program analysis in the management of training programs.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
