The incumbent functions in various crucial roles responsible for managing monetary and knowledge resources, business relationships, and information technology (IT) programs in support of DeCA's business mission and goals.
Duties
The incumbent will drive, plan, resource, and budget for technology initiatives and processes, and provide full life cycle management of the technology capabilities relating to the Agency business priorities.
Responsible and accountable for achieving results by leading and supervising
teams that: perform business analysis and understand business capability requirement.
Manage projects and implementing solutions based on cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
Maintain IT strategic plan for recruiting, retaining, and sustaining the information technology and supporting workforce.

Requirements

Qualifications
You must meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualifications for series 2210 and additional requirements by the announcement closing date. Your resume must clearly show that you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-13. Experience can be under other Federal service pay systems, private sector, or military.
Examples of qualifying specialized experience include:
Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical issues.
Accountable for full life cycle management of information resources, business relationships, and information technology programs in support of business, mission, and goals.
Strategic planning and coordination.
Ensures appropriate process, reporting, and performance control to optimize organizational results.
You will receive credit for all relevant qualifying experience (paid and unpaid), including volunteer work done through National Service program (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
