You will serve as a Program Analyst (EEO) in the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion in Washington, DC.
Duties
As a Program Analyst, you will:
Review, analyze, interpret, and present OCC's workforce data in a manner to promote an understanding and awareness, and aids in informed decision-making at all levels of management and leadership.
Serve as the focal point for coordination and preparation of the OCC's annual Dodd-Frank Section 342 Report to Congress and the EEO MD-715 report, and other related Special Emphasis/Civil Rights external reports.
Support the coordination of Special Observances by working with Executive Sponsors, Employee Network Groups, and project managers to plan and execute appropriate activities.
Serve as the Systems Administrator for the EEP DataMart, and work with the Systems Administrator for the HR DataMart and Transaction Mart for systems maintenance and upgrades.
Coordinate on behalf of OMWI with Information and Technology Services matters, including annual requests, information and systems inventories, and maintenance, and trouble-shooting.
Serve as OMWI budget coordinator collaborating with OMWI managers and staff, the agency Front Office and Financial Management Division to ensure appropriate responses to budget formulation framework.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Preparing analytical reports and presentations, barrier analysis or other studies for an agency's workforce demographics and diversity related programs. AND
Assisting in the coordination of an agency external EEOC regulatory reporting requirements.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
