This position is in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Integration Targeting and Access Branch (ITAB). About OECA:  OECA Office of Civil Enforcement This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.*Work-from-home flexibilities may be authorized as described in the Benefits section.

Qualifications

To qualify for the GS-07 level, you must have one of the following: 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 level defined as analyzing and/or interpreting data, rules, regulations, procedures to carry out projects or resolve issues. 1 full year of graduate level education; or superior academic achievement (Superior Academic Achievement Definition); the education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position equivalent combination of education and experience Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: Ability to use automated reporting software and/or systems. Skill in oral communication. Skill in gathering administrative data. Ability to work on a team. Knowledge of program related policies, laws, regulations, and/or procedures. Ability to analyze policies, laws, regulations, and/or procedures. Skill in written communication. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
