You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH HEAD in the PUBLIC WORKS of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will evaluate contractor performance against contract specifications and performance standards
You will develop performance standards to evaluate employee's performance.
You will identify actual or potential problems area and initiate or direct corrective action to ensure the application of sound management practices and
procedures.
You will review contractor status to ensure deadlines will be met.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Managing workload\ resources and adjusting priorities as required to meet customer requirements; 2) Prepare cost analysis and estimates to compare contractors' proposals against Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE); 3.) Collect, research and analyze data then present the information in reports and orally; 4) Develop contract specifications, reports, performance standards (that are measurable, accurate and clearly understood) for both service and construction contracts; and 5.) Assess how well contractors' performance, quality, schedule, and cost requirements are being met and measure key assessment factors of cost control; timeliness (schedule/delivery); compliance and customer satisfaction.
