You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Programs and Integration Division of DON/AA.
Duties
You will Provides training and assistance on ways to enhance internal controls, improve internal controls documentation, and implement new controls.
You will serve as the IRMP coordinator for DON/AA, responsible for providing implementation guidance for Federal managers to improve accountability and effectiveness of Federal programs.
You will provide guidance to subordinate Division AURs on submission of Integrated Risk Assessment (IRA) and annual Certification Statement (non-financial reporting) including due dates and contents.
You will Responds to all taskings from Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) which requires coordination with IRMP divisions to ensure compilation of required enclosures.
You will maintain IRMP documentation, i.e., list of AU business processes, schedule of reviews, integrated risk assessment, risk matrices, control objectives, control activities, and certification statements.

- This position requires the incumbent to maintain unescorted access to the Pentagon as a condition of employment.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Implementing plans and policies to achieve the maximum efficiency level of processing personnel actions; providing recommendations for improvement in the utilization of human resources/ manpower; and developing new or revised personnel guidance and/or implementing instructions.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Interpreting statutes, regulations, operating manuals, policies, and directives to provide advice and assistance to management and personnel pertaining to performance management and workforce manpower requirements.
