You will serve as a Program Manager in the Cyber Engineering and Digital Transformation Directorate Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Branch of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
Duties
You will oversee identification of resources requirements and develop strategies for program planning.
You will oversee identification of resource requirements and development of strategies for program planning, budget and execution (PPBE).
You will design acquisition strategy and program baseline and direct acquisition live cycle activities and all efforts associated with the program/office through subordinate managers and teams.
You will identify requirements and defines scope of projects which comprise the overall acquisition program.
You will direct and manage acquisition program planning.
You will provide overall direction and guidance for the program organization, administration and civilian personnel.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- Position is designated into the Acquisition Workforce. Certification in Program Management - Advanced Tier is required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing guidance in performance reporting, contracting, logistics, budget and personnel management for ship, submarine, carrier, ships system or weapon system.
