Duties
You will assess and work to develop organizational health, strategy and management practices.
You will consult and advise managers regarding effective techniques for initiating and implementing strategic organizational changes.
You will provide an objective analysis of current state, recommend interventions for change that will result in organizational growth, and provide follow up coaching for change leadership and organizational learning.
You will provide subject matter expertise, coaching and consulting in management practices and applied behavioral sciences related to the field of Organizational Development.
You will carry out team and organizational assessments, develops recommendations for change, facilitate design of new organizational structures, and work to redesign management processes to improve organizational health and employee satisfaction.
You will develop strategic partnerships with the Executive Team, Human Capital experts, and other internal clients to identify and intervene on change management initiatives that foster organizational learning and execution of strategic goals.
You will implement appropriate interventions including strategic planning, coaching and consultation, change leadership, project planning and execution, succession planning, facilitation, instruction, program design and performance analysis.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
DA-05:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11-12) grade level or (DA-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge and expertise in management principles, organizational development techniques, team development, change management, workforce development, and management growth and learning; 2) Knowledge and expertise in principles affecting Leadership and Executive Development Programs; 3) Skill and expertise in coaching and consulting in management practices and applied behavioral sciences related to the field of organization development; and 4) Expressing ideas, both orally and in delivery, and best practices and procedures.
DA-04:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS 9-10) grade level or (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Knowledge of management principles, organizational development techniques, team development, change management, workforce development, and management growth and learning; 2) Knowledge and experience in principles affecting Leadership and Executive Development Programs; 3) Skill in coaching and consulting in management practices and applied behavioral sciences related to the field of organization development.; and 4) Expressing ideas, both orally and in delivery, and best practices and procedures.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education:
DA-04 Grade Level
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related to the position
