You will serve as a PERSONNEL COORDINATOR in the Human Resource Liaison Office of NAVHLTHRSCHCEN SDIEGO.
Duties
You will provide technical, analytical, advisory, liaison and coordinating duties in accomplishing the overall functions of the command’s personnel.
You will review and process all personnel actions to ensure compliance with current regulations governing civilian supervisors and staff.
You will provide guidance on internal procedures for development and use of performance standards, performance appraisals, awards, personnel actions, training requirements, and other programs.
You will provide information pertaining to evolving personnel requirements.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience providing advice and guidance to supervisors in their preparation of position descriptions, crediting plans, and job analysis.
* Experience generating Request for Personnel Actions (RPA's) based on decisions made by the Position Management Board (PMB).
* Experience managing the Activity Manning Document (AMD) to ensure accuracy of all data entered and the submission to senior leadership.
* Experience interviewing candidates for positions within the command and recommending appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
