About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst within the U.S. Army Medical Command (USA MEDCOM), Office ofthe Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-8/9, Readiness Analytics Directorate (RAD). Elicits, analyzes,validates, and documents organizational and/or operational requirements to support the businessneeds of stakeholders, including the HQ Department of the Army, USA MEDCOM, the MedicalReadiness Commands and other Army stakeholders.

Duties

Lead and participate in cross-functional planning that requires designing and conducting comprehensive management studies. Develop reports from various data systems for constructing fact-based and data-driven information. Responsible for analyzing the outcome and performance of military treatment facility operations. Provides in-depth analysis of the long-term resource requirements, including specific recommendations to balance resources and maximize mission objectives. Collects summarizes, assesses, and reports data and metrics related to Army Medical readiness programs.

OR Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree with a major study in hospital administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration.
