The IHP Service Delivery Branch is seeking a Program Analyst to support and lead our call center, technology and telecommunication efforts. The Program Analyst will support staffing, project management, and capacity enhancements for IHP operations. Collaborating with additional FEMA divisions you will lead SharePoint developments and support all Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) administrator functions.

To qualify for this Program Analyst position at the IC-09 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Researching and providing recommendations using verbal and/or written communications to stakeholders. Utilizing technology to develop, compile reports and generate solutions. Compiling, reconciling, and/or correlating data. OR Education Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related To qualify for this Program Analyst position at the IC-11 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Providing policy guidance to stakeholders using verbal and/or written communications. Utilizing technology to develop and compile reports for driving programmatic decisions and recommendations. Developing data driven solutions utilizing data technology.
