You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CUSTOMER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS BRANCH, NAVSEA ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
Duties
You will serve as the Customer Solutions Team Lead as part of the Customer Business Solutions Branch in the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO).
You will provide support to the NAVSEA Enterprise, both General Fund and Working Capital Fund.
You will manage User Management (UM), Training and Sustainment activities for the NEBO.
You will serve as a NAVSEA Enterprise Subject Matter Expert for Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) and Naval Identity Services (NIS) having an in-depth understanding of end-user roles, Separation of Duties and user access to systems.
You will be responsible for understanding and controlling user management related audit activities, such as preparing the risk workbook for SES signature.
You will serve as a NAVSEA subject matter expert for training, having an in-depth understanding of on-line training, self-help and user access to systems based on qualifications.
You will be responsible for providing effective customer service; following appropriate feedback mechanisms and processes; and making recommendations for service and process improvement.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) process requirements to audit user access, deliver training and guidance to end users, and make recommendations for process improvements for an organization.
