Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as providing leadership and management for operations and support of the related docket information system and supervising collaborative and partnership activities.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of the Exchange Network Grant program
Skill in problem resolution
Ability to engage with customers that need information management support
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and guidance related to the Agency's Docket Program
Ability to lead the Tribal Program to improve informational management capabilities
Skill in oral communication
Ability to manage EPA Forms Program to approve forms for Agency use and provide guidance
Ability to manage and coordinate the Exchange Network Grant Program
Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies, plans, and programs
Skill in leadership
Ability to evaluate employee performance, recommend appropriate incentives, and initiate corrective actions
