Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as identifying opportunities for reducing burden associated with data collection efforts and providing guidance, training, and oversight of the Agency’s programmatic implementation of information management regulatory requirements.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of the Agency's Information Collection Request (ICR) process
Ability to manage a staff of Information Management (IM) and program management professionals
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and guidance related to ICR processes
Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies, plans, and programs
Skill in leadership
Ability to make assignment and determine responsibilities
