You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Corporate Business and Analysis Group, Digital, Information Technology, Analysis and Cyber Department, Business Ops Division Endpoint Systems Admin Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will serve as the principal Activity Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) for the NMCI Contract at NAWCWD China Lake. You will oversee ordering and payment for NMCI services as well as principal authority for the escalation of NMCI related issues, and project planning. You will provide oversight and management within the NMCI project for the effective use of organizational resources. You will serve as the point of contact for the execution of the NMCI prime and associated sub-contractors for operational status, problem resolution, and operational, maintenance, planning and execution.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing technical and project leadership, while managing several tasks; 2) Communicating effectively both orally and in writing via presentations to all levels of the organization, web pages, customer support and more; 3) Developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance and validation initiatives related to program performance; 4) Understanding policies and communicating those policies to staff for continuous training and guidance. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.M., if related
