You will serve as a Supervisory Integrated Prevention Coordinator in the Fleet and Family Support Program of NB CORONADO.

Duties

You will develop networks and build alliances; collaborate across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals. You will demonstrate an ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues (to include sensitive or controversial topics) before a wide range of audiences. You will make clear and convincing oral presentations. Listen effectively and clarify information as needed. You will manage programs and foster an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission. You will monitor progress and evaluate outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will determine objectives, set priorities, and ensure sound management processes and procedures are in place, ensuring that national interests are well-served. You will comply with established control systems and rules. You will identify a need for and know where or how to gather information; organize and maintain information or information management systems. You will understand and interpret technical material, rules, regulations, and instructions.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Applying knowledge of the social sciences as related to integrated prevention programs in order to evaluate, consult, advise in a variety of settings; 2. Conducting effective prevention program activities to prevent destructive/problematic behaviors and promote healthy climate; 3. Leading collaborative efforts with diverse internal and external stakeholders and foster buy-in for crosscutting efforts to include senior leader support and advocacy; 4. Identifying needs, trends, and performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for process improvements; NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position. Education

Successful completion of a behavioral or social science degree, or a degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position being filled OR
A combination of education and experience that provided knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field OR
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
