This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing,OFFICE OF STRATEGIC AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. As a Program Analyst, you will contribute to the development and annual updating of the BEP strategic plan and strategic project execution by researching, analyzing, and interpreting guidelines including the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and federal regulations and policies.

Duties

As a Program Analyst, you will: - Assist the Office Chief, OSPM staff, and senior executives in the assessment and accomplishment of BEP strategic planning and/or strategic execution actions. - Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic, project, risk, and change management programs in meeting established BEP strategic goals and objectives. - Carry out analyses to track and document resources (including personnel, equipment, facilities, and materials). - Identify gaps in strategic- resource requirements to effectively and efficiently support strategic objectives and initiatives. - Serve as a program advisor to technical lead on evaluation and analytical research methodologies, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position includes: - Experience overseeing management information systems that focus on plans, policies, and programs; AND - Experience evaluating human capital strategies utilizing root cause analysis in response to or when resolving findings; AND - Experience communicating with external partners to execute projects, reports, and analytics. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
