Duties

Serves as Chief of the Community Recreation Division. Supervise multiple program managers and provide guidance on staff development, regulations, policies, and budgets. Oversee diverse programs within the Community Recreation Division to include Sports, Auto skills, Parks, Library, Lesure Travel, Better Opportunities or Single Soldiers (BOSS), Entertainment and Outdoor Recreation. Develops, implements, and monitors 5-year recreation programming plan to include personnel, funding, and facilities.

Qualifications

Work experience directing/managing one or more DMWR Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year.
