Duties
As a/an Supervisory Management Analyst, you will:
Provide technical advice to Housing managers and employees to ensure that policies, processes and procedures are most effective.
Conduct analytical studies, such as analyses of the impact of anticipated and actual changes in staffing patterns on immediate and long-range planning.
Manage and coordinate Headquarters initiatives, including preparation of Departmental clearance packages; information collections to OMB and coordination liaison with the Department.
Supervise and guide staff assigned to the Division, establishes their general work priorities and evaluates their performance.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Managing a wide range of Division programs such as training and talent development; AND
- Contributing to the analysis and development of major training policies; AND
- Evaluating workforce development trends by developing and monitoring employee career paths; AND
- Supervising and guiding subordinate staff, establishing their general work priorities, evaluating their performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
