You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Directorate for Administration, Administration Department of NAVMEDRSCHCEN SILVER SPRING MD.

Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Inability to obtain and maintain the required clearance level may be a cause for removal from the position.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- Travel This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Serving as a program manager or assistant program manager.
Drafting policies for new programs and procedures.
Developing local policies, plans and processes and ensures that the products are in compliance with command guidelines.
Maintaining Records Management Program for an enterprise organization or program.

Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
