You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the F-35 Fleet Support Team Logistics Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will serve as the primary logistics entity responsible for providing proactive logistics support to the Command covering all logistical elements.
You will provide comprehensive logistical knowledge of the appropriate aircraft and industrial production operations necessary to analyze components and define requirements needed to initiate repair capabilities.
You will actively participate and address all logistics elements associated in the depot capability development, planning, certification, and implementation of the workload for induction of new aircraft, engines, or components.
You will attend conferences and meetings pertaining to appropriate aircraft, engine, and/or components.
You will respond to logistics questions and provide logistics support as well as provide guidance and resolve deficiencies and ensure all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) element constraints are identified.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
(1) Providing logistics support to appropriate aircraft, engine, and/or component on the integration of depot maintenance practices and strategies for assigned depot level repair systems, subsystems, and components; (2) Serving as the liaison between the Command and other agencies and responding to questions while providing guidance and clarity to resolve logistical deficiencies or problems; (3) Coordinating and managing internal and external liaison meetings with personnel from other agencies to ensure all required logistics elements are in place for Depot capability establishment; (4) Providing comprehensive logistical knowledge of the appropriate aircraft and industrial production operations necessary to analyze components and define requirements to initiate repair capabilities; and (5) Participating and addressing all logistics elements associated in the depot capability development, planning, certification, and implementation of the workload for induction of new aircraft, engines, or components.
