About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove and is approximately 60 miles north of the capital city of Austin, 50 miles south of Waco, 160 miles south of Dallas, and 150 miles north of San Antonio.
Duties
Assign, tasks and provide guidance to agency staff offices in response to urgent and routine requests for information.
Ensure that agency projects are managed properly and completed in a timely manner while monitoring continuity and quality of actions.
Provide specialized knowledge and expertise of military personnel tasking practices and programs in support of the installation's personnel tasking management and mission requirements
Monitor the priority of actions based on the sensitivity of the subject matter, suspense dates and other pertinent data.
Advise the Garrison Commander and senior leadership of all sensitive issues raised in incoming actions and provides staff elements with any specific instructions or comment from senior leadership.
Plan and assign work, sets priorities, provides advice to employees on program goals and objectives, and makes decisions on work problems presented by subordinate employees.
Prepare detailed, written reports to higher headquarters concerning the status of actions, utilizing the database to retrieve requested data.

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
