Duties
You will apply best practices while developing an Integrated Government Schedule (IGS).
You will interpret acquisition policies and approaches for the Department of Defense and Department of Navy weapon systems.
You will apply analytical techniques and risk assessment concepts.
You will participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews preparation, execution, and data quality reviews.
You will assist program offices, cost analysis teams, functional directorates, and external customers in all schedule matters.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment/fail to pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.

Qualifications
GS-9 Level:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying basic predictive measures to forecast delivery status of projects to integrate schedule changes; 2) Providing program schedule analysis support; 3) Interpreting policies and procedures to provide guidance in accordance with regulations; and 4) Conducting analysis presentations to management.
GS-7 Level:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying analytical techniques to provide basic support to a program regarding schedules, tasks, and consolidating information into portfolios; 2) Reviewing products to ensure they meet quality standards in accordance with policies and procedures; and 3) Assisting with analysis presentations to management.

Education Substitution for Experience at the GS-09 Level:
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
