Duties
You will develop basic planning and practical guidance on matters associated with Integrated Program Management, Earned Value Management, program schedule analysis, contractor cost data reporting, and cost and software data reporting.
You will develop basic analytical techniques using Earned Value Management data.
You will develop techniques to use Earned Value Management tools to support effective implementation of Integrated Program Management and contractor cost data reporting requirements.
You will earn about the requirements for Integrated Baseline Reviews and cost data collection requirements.
You will assist as an Integrated Program Management, Earned Value Management, and contractor cost data reporting analyst for program offices, cost analysis teams, functional directorates, and external customers.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.

Qualifications
GS-09 Level:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Completing analysis such as Earned Value Management, Schedule analysis, or related analysis to provide program support; 2) Understanding and applying policies and procedures required to complete Earned Value Management Analysis, Program Schedule analysis, or related analysis in accordance with standards; 3) Participating in presentations to management regarding Earned Value Management analysis, Schedule analysis, or related analysis; and 4) Assisting with the reviews of portfolios to consolidate information.
GS-07 Level:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Completing analysis such as Earned Value Management, Schedule analysis, or related analysis to provide program support; 2) Reviewing products to ensure analysis meets quality standards; and 3) Assisting with conducting presentations to management.

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
