This position is located at the Naval Health Clinic Charleston, South Carlolina. .
Duties
Independently responsible for interfacing multiple simultaneous contracts to include coordinating meetings and working sessions as necessary on material, delivery or service fulfillment issues.
Incumbent works under closer than normal supervision at the journeyman level performing assignments designed to provide the competencies, skills, and experience required to perform the more complex work at the full performance grade level.
Assist with maintaining contract file system which meets regulatory requirements for inspection from development, pre-award, post-award, and termination or closure.
Track, review, and validates contractors' time cards signed by contractors’ supervisor (time and attendance) for accuracy and compliance of time allocated for working hours, personal leave, and compensatory hours.
Responsible for the payment of all invoices via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
Responsible for contractors' onboarding process.
Purchasing Agent responsibilities.
