The Business Analyst position is located in the Business Analysis Branch of the Information Technology Division. The primary responsibilities of this unit include planning, analyzing, testing, and supporting case management systems and other enterprise applications implementation, and user account management, judicial mobile devices management, and other general service desk management.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR GRADE 11: A high school diploma or GED certificate plus seven (7) years of experience planning, analyzing, testing, and supporting case management systems and other enterprise applications implementation, user account management, mobile devices management, and other general service desk management. Experience with Microsoft desktop product suite and the diagnosis of desktop software problems and other factors affecting systems performance. Knowledge of CourtView case management system, Odyssey case management system, Cherwell Ticketing System, and Dameware preferred. Desired Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR A GRADE 12: A high school diploma or GED certificate plus eight (8) years of experience planning, analyzing, testing, and supporting case management systems and other enterprise applications implementation, user account management, mobile devices management, and other general service desk management. Experience in the above plus troubleshooting the Microsoft desktop product suite and other applications in a court setting and in the diagnosis of software problems and other factors affecting systems performance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR A GRADE 13: A bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience planning, analyzing, testing, and supporting case management systems and other enterprise applications implementation, user account management, mobile devices management, and other general service desk management. Scrum Master Certification preferred Experience in the above plus knowledge of problem management methods and support a wide variety of applications, operating systems, protocols, and equipment. Education can be substituted for experience.
