Duties
This position is located in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer,
Office of Information Systems, Voice and Data Services Division.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below.For the CP-12 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized
experience equivalent to at least the CP-11/GS-13 level which is in or
directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has
equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to
successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is
defined as experience which includes: 1) Expert in applying advanced IT
principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices sufficient to
accomplish assignments; 2) Develop and interpret policies, procedures, and
strategies governing the planning and delivery of services throughout an
agency; 3) Skill in applying new developments t previously unsolvable problems
and making decisions or recommendations that significantly influence important
agency IT policies or programs; and 4) Provide expert technical advice,
guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on
