Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory IT Project Manager, you will use your knowledge of and experience with The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to optimize business results and customer experience by: The incumbent is responsible for development and management of IT project plans, and implementation of related policy, guidelines, and training, for the formulation and development of the Branch or Team multimillion and multi-year budget and associated Statement(s) of Work (SOW) and Memoranda of Understanding or Agreement. Supervisory responsibilities include planning, assigning, reviewing work; developing performance plans, evaluating, and appraising subordinate work performance; selecting candidates for vacant positions and for employee training and development opportunities. Demonstrates expert level competency in existing and emerging advanced IT systems and services including but not limited to hardware and software technology, IT systems lifecycle, network systems, IT communication and telecommunication systems, data encryption, application systems design and analysis techniques, and software development. Develops SOW, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), Inter Agency Agreements (IAAs- 7600A, 7600B), and other similar agreements between customers, stakeholders and contractors for the provision of IT services. Develops acquisition packages.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: Must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: 1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 3) Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. 4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. AND Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service performing at least four (4) of the following: Managing the planning, direction, and execution related to the delivery of IT services Providing project management support for the various Platforms examples can include ServiceNow, SharePoint, UiPath, SalesForce Participate in identifying and/or defining business or technical requirements for the implementation of critical Platform Systems such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, UiPath, SalesForce, etc. Interacting with senior executives or internal and external stakeholders for matters pertaining to IT customer support and/or platform services support. Ensuring that assigned IT projects produce required deliverables within the defined quality, time, and cost constraints Supports the operations, maintenance, and delivery of routine OCIO products and services Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
