Duties

As a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties: Serve as the principal advisor and subject matter expert for the administration and implementation of assigned mission support programs, policies, and procedures. Coordinate mission support program activities. Responsible for planning and tracking resources in preparation for major mission support projects. Create and maintain effective relationships internally and external the organization. Follow-up on subordinate's concerns, whether perceived or real in order to eliminate tension in the workplace.
