Duties

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Provide technical and administrative supervision to the unit. Coordinate with other unit supervisors and peers to establish unit objectives, goals, priorities, and deadlines. Assign and explain work requirements to subordinate staff to achieve efficiency of services rendered, while increasing productivity. Coordinate with other unit supervisors and peers to formulate plans to meet substantial changes in workload.

Requirements

  • Probationary Period: This is a full-time permanent position (Career/Career-Conditional appointment). Upon appointment to this position, you may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.

You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Providing administrative oversight to policy issues; Identifying methods for improving and implementing process changes; Developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives to enhance operational effectiveness; and Identifying developmental and training needs of employees. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Qualification claims will be subject to verification.
