You will serve as a Traffic Management Specialist of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.
Duties
You will have knowledge of traffic management policies, principles, and practices involving commercial transportation industry practices in the area of personal property
You will analyze, evaluate and summarize entitlement audits in order to identify possible systemic issues
You will plan, coordinate and conduct independent random of audits covering shipments and storage of personal property and household goods (HGG)
You will prepare written reports , and brief findings and observations
Requirements

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing Traffic Management Specialist work requiring the application of a wide range of traffic management policies, principles, and practices involving commercial Transportation Industry Practices in the area of personal property movements in order to audit and validate entitlement claims. Plan, coordinate, and conducts independent random audits of processed and previously audited entitlement claims involving household goods/ personal property entitlement counseling; shipment management and storage; Service Member Arranged Moves (SAM) and procedures for loss and damage claims. Examples of specialized experience may include some or all of the following: 1) Perform analysis to ensure that things like duplicate payments are prevented, debts are valid, and claims are complete with required documentation; 2) Prepare comprehensive written reports, briefs findings and observations, and provides recommendations for improving operations; 3) Verify questionable transactions, and inspects any modifications or adjustments to the entitlements.
