As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the OCC's supervisory support systems, performing business intelligence, and providing project and data management to support Supervision System and Analytical Support (SSAS).

Duties
As a Program Analyst, you will:
Utilize and administer tools, business security profiles, and technology-based methods to improve OCC's capabilities for analyzing banking data, programs, trends, and to enhance the decision-support value of work products.
Support the business relationship management function for supervisory systems, data, and analytics to support consistent and clear communication with supervision and ITS Customer Experience partners.
Address and/or resolve technical problems in consultation with department staff and ITS partners.
Provide functional recommendations on OCC supervisory support systems, reports, data definitions, process efficiencies, and warehousing of information.
Apply quality assurance procedures for timeliness, accuracy, and the integrity of automated information systems and supervisory data.
Analyze, store, and retrieve pertinent supervisory information in support of internal and external audiences, including using databases, searches and other web platforms to meet business requirements.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level or difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Experience applying tools for data analysis, adept at interpreting complex data sets and assisting with program management to support organizational strategies; and,
Experience using Business intelligence software (such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx) for data processing, visualization, and reporting, aiding strategic organizational decision-making; and,
Experience in SQL database management, focusing on data extraction, manipulation, and warehousing principles, to managing large data sets and support program management activities.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
