As a Supervisory Realty Specialist, you will serve as Chief, Customer Service Branch with responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of three teams.Location of position: Region 4, Public Buildings Service, Leasing Division, Atlanta GA or Fort Lauderdale, FL We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Duties

This position can be filled at any GSA duty location in the Southeast Sunbelt Region (R4) within Atlanta, GA or Fort Lauderdale, FL. The incumbent will be expected to report to a GSA facility in the Southeast Sunbelt Region at least 2x per pay period.

• US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
• Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
• Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
• Register with Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959

Specialized experience is defined as experience planning the scope and direction of realty programs. Such experience must include analysis of real estate trends and market drivers; and the performance or management of real estate functions such as real estate acquisition, real property disposal, and project management.
