You will serve as a Program Manager in the office of AUKUS INTEGRATION AND ACQUISITION.
Duties
You will develop tri-lateral metrics, reporting processes and templates, program controls, a consistent and coordinated schedule management approach, development of risk processes and procedures, and present these to senior leaders for decision.
You will support lower level (0-6/0-7) decision making in all three partner nations' program execution organizations.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the PfO Portfolio Controls Branch which includes program performance metrics, risk and opportunity analysis.
You will build and nurture relationships across national Program Delivery Offices to cohere programmatic performance monitoring efforts and associated reporting to senior leaders for awareness and decision making.
You will oversee identification of resource requirements and development of strategies for program planning, budgeting and execution
(PPBE).
You will coordinate acquisition program requirements for the Program Manager across Congressional interest, DoD, Navy, and Industry.
You will provide overall direction and guidance for the program organization, administration and civilian personnel.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing programs, risk analysis, performance monitoring and reporting to make command level decision for ship, submarine, carrier, ship system or weapon system.
