You will serve as a SUPERVISORY EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST in the ELECTRONICS/FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT of the NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION ATLANTIC (NCTAMS LANT) of NCTAMSLANT NORVA.
Duties
You will provide leadership and direction to the department’s workforce – ensuring clear expectations in execution of
duties.
You will prioritize regional mission plans and tasks, and assign/delegate the work of the N4 Department as second level supervisor to the Commanding Officer.
You will ensure that consistent, effective, and comprehensive assessments are performed on programs such as the 3M/Miniature Micro-Miniature Module Test and Repair (2M/MTR) and Basic Electronics Safety/Antenna Maintenance programs.
You will ensure that all programs are in compliance with all related policy, instructions, and directives.

Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
*Experience developing command guidance, policy, performance criteria, technical proposals, project plans, etc. for use by other technical experts, command regional sites, and related customer activities;
*Experience exercising sound judgment and making viable recommendations and decisions in development of new processes and/or methods;
*Experience planning and executing Maintenance Figure of Merit, Automated Work Notification (AWN), and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) programs;
*Experience operating the Maintenance, Material, and Management (3M) and the Basic Electronics Safety and Antenna Maintenance programs for the command's region.
