Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst (Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) Fires Planner) within the Cyberspace Operations – Integrated Planning Element (CO-IPE), U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FLTCYBERCOM).
You will coordinate and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) planning activities that are involved in Joint and interagency operational planning teams (OPTs) and working groups.
You will assist OPT Leads in coordinating updated planned actions with partners in order to assure support and provide
information essential for mission execution.
You will represent the command as a key contributor to the deliberations of enterprise-level working groups and joint
operational planning teams tasked to advise other commands/stakeholders on OCO targeting- and/or fires-related planning.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 332 within 12 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
*Experience planning, integrating, and countering adversarial threats using full spectrum tactics, techniques, or procedures.
*Experience utilizing Cyberspace Warfare operations focused on offensive and defensive Cyberspace operations.
*Experience analyzing and interpreting the development of cyber options, cyber intel, cyber access, cyber capabilities and cyber authorities.
*Experience identifying, assessing, and prioritizing cyberspace operations risks in order to implement controls and strategies to reduce risk.
*Experience communicating cyber operations risks and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
